There is a plan to have the website refreshed by Mark's relative. To help him it would be good for him if we know what we want in the future. As I am sure most of you know there are two types of websites:
Static website - simular to what we currently have that is changed by the administrator. Dynamic website - member add contents to the website like this forum.
I think we should change the website style to a Dynamic website so that we can all contribute content to the website allowing the website to evolve over time in an autonomous way allowing the contents not to get stail. A good example of this approach is http://www.hovercraft.org.uk/ who use a furum as their website and have links around the edge to dedicted topic for contact information, location, rules, etc.

Anything can be posted that you want to share: whether it is rules, campaigns, new products, new games you have played, events coming up, review of new products or events.

Cool.
Is it easy to find stuff or does it tend to disappear under all the posts?

There is the potential for items to disappear that go out of date or are old information. Those that are key to the club can have special links to ensure they can be accessed from any page. Topic that are regularly updated can be arranged so that they are more prominent.
The key to how easy it will be to navigate will be how the topic headings are setup. Of cause there will also be the option of searching a topic.
